Job summary

Zinfra in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of a large-scale maintenance contract within our energy infrastructure portfolio. You will oversee contract performance, variations, claims and risk management while collaborating with operational leaders to maximise value.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex commercial contracts within maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, construction or asset-intensive environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, variations, claims management, commercial negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operational leaders while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Highly developed commercial judgement with the ability to identify risks, opportunities and value creation initiatives.
• Resilient, accountable and collaborative, with a track record of delivering outcomes in fast-paced operational environments.

About the Role

Working closely with operational leaders and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic commercial guidance across contract delivery, ensuring commercial risks are proactively managed while identifying opportunities to maximise value.
