Ideal candidates have 1–7 years PAE in commercial litigation, strong drafting, analytical, and client-management skills, and a collaborative mindset ready to progress within a leading practice.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–7 years’ PAE in commercial litigation within a reputable practice.
• Experience across commercial disputes and high-value matters.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills for complex cases.
• Excellent client management and communication abilities.
• Commercial mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Drive to progress career within a leading practice.

Responsibilities

• Managing and running litigation matters with a high degree of autonomy.
• Providing strategic and commercially astute legal advice.
• Conducting legal research and preparing detailed written advice.
• Drafting court documents, correspondence and submissions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assisting with business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers.
