Legal People in Melbourne's Inner Eastern suburbs is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 2+ years' PAE to join their team. You will work closely with the Principal on diverse commercial and civil matters and enjoy a supportive environment that values your contributions.

You’ll take ownership of matters, develop advocacy skills and gain increasing autonomy as your experience grows, with mentoring and opportunities to advance your litigation career.

Formación

• A minimum of 2 years' PAE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting, analytical and technical legal skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to excellent client service.
• Collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for developing litigation expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Contractual and commercial disputes.
• Building and property disputes.
• Debt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
• Property and retail leasing disputes.
• Administrative Law and regulatory investigations.
• Managing litigation files, including drafting court documents, preparing evidence and assisting with dispute resolution.
