Dimention Recruitment Pty Ltd seeks a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 2–4 years PAE to run own matters in Brisbane CBD. You will manage files from instruction through resolution, interact directly with clients, and develop advocacy skills in collaboration with experienced partners.

You will handle drafting, court appearances, and strategic advice for a corporate client base, while enjoying a supportive team and flexible work arrangements as you establish yourself.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ PAE in commercial litigation, insolvency, debt recovery or broader disputes.
• Strong drafting and procedural skills.
• Sound commercial judgement and a practical approach.
• Confidence with clients and competing deadlines.
• Curiosity, and the confidence to ask questions and contribute ideas.

Commercial Litigation Lawyer | 2–4 years PAE | Brisbane CBD | No individual budgets

Run the whole matter, not one piece of it.

A specialist Brisbane CBD disputes boutique is adding a 2–4 year commercial litigation lawyer to its team. From early on you would carry your own files, deal directly with clients, shape the strategy and stand up in court, with experienced lawyers and a hands‑on Principal beside you rather than several rungs above you.

And there are no individual budgets. No internal competition for work. No layers to climb before you are heard.

The work

Commercial litigation, debt recovery and insolvency for a mostly corporate, long‑standing client base that generates steady repeat work:

• Commercial disputes and court proceedings across State and Federal jurisdictions

• Debt recovery and enforcement, including securities and guarantees

• Bankruptcy and corporate insolvency, statutory demands and winding‑up applications

• Liquidations and voidable transaction claims

• Injunctions and urgent applications

• Finance and property disputes

What your week looks like

• Running matters from instruction to resolution or enforcement

• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, applications and advice

• Dealing directly with clients, opposing solicitors and counsel

• Preparing for and appearing in court, and building your own advocacy
