Our client is a global law firm with offices across the world and is currently looking to hire Commercial Litigation lawyers from NQ-6 years PQE to join their international team based in Sydney, Australia.

Having recently been appointed to run one of the most significant litigation matters in Australia, they are seeking the best lawyers globally. You will join a fast-paced and broad practice, handling a range of general commercial litigation matters, including for corporations as well as directors and officers in securities claims and class actions, general corporate/financial services disputes, regulatory investigations, civil penalty proceedings pursued by ASIC and other regulators, and criminal prosecutions arising from alleged misconduct in financial markets.

Candidate Requirements:

• A solid general commercial litigation/dispute resolution background gained from a leading UK/Irish law firm;
• Experience working with and analyzing high-volume data sets and evidence on a cross-border basis;
• Excellent drafting skills;
• Strong academics.
