Job summary

The Adecco Group in Australia seeks a commercially focused Human Resources Business Partner to partner with sales and leadership teams, turning business priorities into practical people plans. You will use workforce data and organisational insight to improve capability, structure, engagement and execution, supporting design, change delivery and talent processes throughout the business.

Working with regional HR COEs and leaders, you will drive HR projects, ensure compliance, and promote growth

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HRM experience, preferably as HRBP in sales/commercial settings.
• Proven experience in organisation design, change management and business transformation.
• Track record of partnering with leaders to deliver outcomes.
• Experience in succession planning, performance reviews and broader talent processes.
• Experience in employee relations including investigations and IR/ER case management.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a commercial HRBP to Adecco Australia leaders, aligning people activity to revenue growth and business priorities.
• Diagnose workforce capability and performance issues, translating insights into practical people plans.
• Lead organisational design work, reviewing structures, roles, spans, layers and accountabilities.
• Provide guidance on change management and IR/ER matters during transformation.
• Coordinate regional HR COEs to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
• Build trusted relationships with management and act as an employee advocate when needed.
• Deliver commercially grounded HR advice balancing business needs with employee experience and risk.
• Lead annual HR processes: goal setting, performance reviews, remuneration reviews and talent reviews.
• Promote Adecco’s culture to maximise engagement and retention during change and growth.
• Use workforce data to provide leader-ready insights on organisation effectiveness and sales capability.
• Support sales capability uplift programs and targeted development interventions for sales FTE.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local legislation, especially during restructuring.
• Lead HR projects focused on transformation and organisational change.
