AXR Recruitment & Search – Sydney Western Suburbs is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with the CFO and lead finance support for supply chain and manufacturing teams. You will drive P&L insights, model scenarios, and deliver actionable opportunities to influence strategy.

Leading a small team, you will build budgets and forecasts, enhance month-end processes, and maximise the use of BI tools and Excel across the business. This FMCG role suits a high-potential finance professional.

Formación

• 5+ years in supply chain or manufacturing finance
• Strong commercial acumen and presentation
• Proven team leadership experience
• Proficient with BI tools
• Advanced Excel skills
