Job summary

Manassen Foods seeks a commercially astute Commercial Finance Manager to partner with Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing, delivering financial insight and driving profitability across national operations.

You’ll report to the Finance Director and influence operational decisions, develop robust business cases, and embed governance across the business. A dynamic, flexible culture and strong growth potential await.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification required with degree in Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A or management accounting.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain contexts is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations to drive informed commercial decisions.
• Analyse cost drivers and identify opportunities to improve productivity and margins.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and integrated business planning processes.
• Lead financial modelling and business case evaluation for projects and investments.
• Build cross-functional relationships and enhance financial capability across teams.

What You'llBe Doing

Reporting tothe Finance Director, you'll be the key partner to Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations, helping translate complex financial and operational data intomeaningful insights that support better business decisions. This role isequal parts business partner, financial strategist and performance improvementleader.

• CommercialBusiness Partnering - Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics andManufacturing leaders to drive informed commercial decisions. Provide financialinsights, performance analysis and recommendations to identify risks andopportunities.
• Cost,Productivity & Margin Management - Analyse key cost drivers andidentify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs and enhancemargins. Evaluate operational initiatives, savings opportunities and supplierimpacts to support business performance.
• Planning,Forecasting & Performance Reporting - Support budgeting, forecastingand integrated business planning processes. Deliver meaningful reporting andinsights to improve forecast accuracy and operational performance.
• BusinessCases & Commercial Governance - Lead financial modelling and evaluationof operational projects and investments. Ensure robust business cases, benefitstracking and strong commercial governance.
• Leadership& Capability Building - Build strong cross‑functional relationships andenhance financial capability across operational teams.

What YouBring

• CA or CPAqualification with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or arelated discipline.
• Provenexperience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering or managementaccounting roles.
• Experiencewithin FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or consumer goodsenvironments is highly regarded.
• Strongcommercial acumen with the ability to understand operational drivers and theirfinancial impact.
• Advancedanalytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experiencesupporting budgets, forecasts, business cases and operational performancereporting.
• Strongstakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challengeconstructively.
• Advanced Excelskills and experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Acollaborative, curious and solutions-focused approach with a passion forcontinuous improvement.
