Reo Group is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to back the Head of Marketing, with a focus on New Product Development. This role sits in a growing FMCG environment in Sydney and offers a challenging path to influence strategy and investment decisions.

The ideal candidate is CA/CPA qualified with FMCG/manufacturing experience, adept at partnering with Marketing or Sales, and skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Qualifications

Role Overview

Superb opportunity to join a growing FMCG organisation in Sydney. They are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner with experience of supporting Marketing to provide Business Partnering support to the Head of Marketing within a newly created role. Heavily focussed on supporting New Product Development, this role will be key in contributing to the Innovation within the organisation as well as being involved in projects relating to systems and data. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure in a well-known business.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business partner to Head of Marketing
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Marketing
• Financial modelling to build business cases for Marketing initiatives and investments
• Process improvement including controls and compliance and automation of analytical tools
