Job summary

Alton Legal in Sydney is seeking a Commercial & Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our expanding practice. This role offers exposure to both advisory work and dispute resolution, with independent file management and collaboration with senior lawyers on complex cases.

Your responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, advising on structuring and compliance, and managing commercial disputes, including litigation and mediation, across state and federal

Qualifications

• Admitted solicitor with at least 3 years post-admission experience.
• Solid experience in both commercial advisory and litigation.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage files autonomously and deliver practical legal solutions.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proactive, organised, self-motivated and a genuine team player.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on commercial contracts, structuring, and compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements.
