Job summary

Bolton Clarke Careers is seeking an experienced Commercial Analyst to join the Commercial team and drive workforce, financial and operational performance across a large residential aged care portfolio.

You will transform complex workforce and financial data into actionable insights for operational leaders, Finance, Funding, Payroll and Workforce teams, delivering recommendations that improve productivity and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Commercial analysis and workforce analytics experience.
Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Experience in financial modelling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Deliver labour forecasting and workforce reporting across 87 aged care homes.
Analyse workforce performance trends and provide productivity recommendations.
Support budgets and reforecast processes through modelling and forecasting.
Monitor labour performance against budgets and identify risks and opportunities.
Drive roster governance to improve compliance and cost management.
Lead DCM and QFR reporting requirements.
Partner with leaders to optimise workforce performance.
Review master rosters balancing care, funding and occupancy.
Develop workforce models and funding forecasts for decision-making.
Prepare Enterprise Agreement costings and analyse workforce impacts.
