Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Service Center Victoria - North to perform estimating, process reviews, and customer communication. The role includes checking in vehicles, completing final paperwork for delivery, and handling total loss administration while staying compliant with safety rules and company standards.

Candidate must have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and the appropriate motor vehicle physical damage appraisers

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork for delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.
