Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking experienced Coded Welders for our South West WA operations. This is a workshop-based role with opportunities to work on maintenance and project scopes, offering a stable local roster and the chance to be home every night.

You will bring proven welding expertise, ability to pass height and confined-space training, and a commitment to safety and quality. Local candidates living in the South West region are preferred to join a strong, team-focused company.

• Experience in maintenance, shutdown, or workshop environments.
• Coded welding skills and ability to work with complex project scopes.

Join our RTW/Monadelphous South West team and become part of a growing operation delivering quality workshop, maintenance, and project work across the South West of WA.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Coded Welders who are looking to move away from the FIFO lifestyle or pick up additional work during their even-time roster. Enjoy the benefits of working locally, being home every night, and achieving a better work-life balance.

The majority of this role is workshop-based, providing stable local work, with opportunities to work on site across a range of maintenance and project scopes for those interested in broadening their experience.
