Solotel Group seeks a Bartender for Goros in Sydney. You will bring our reimagined cocktail menu to life, delivering playful, quality-first pours as the room evolves from lounge to late-night energy. You’ll collaborate with a tight food menu and a dynamic crowd, ensuring timing and teamwork shine.

You’ll craft Japanese-inspired cocktails, maintain pace, and read the room across service shifts. Join a team building Goros relaunch with energy, warmth, and guest-first hospitality.

• Genuine love of craft and hospitality; guest-first attitude.
• Confident behind a busy bar with energy but no ego.
• Willingness to help build Goros relaunch from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a focused list of Japanese-inspired cocktails with precision.
• Keep the bar running with pace and read the room as it shifts from early drinks to late-night dancefloor.
• Coordinate with floor staff to ensure timing with yakitori, karaage, and gyoza dishes.

The Role

As a Bartender at Goros, you’ll bring our reimagined cocktail menu to life – playful in execution, quality-first in every pour. You’ll work a room where the drinks, the music and the crowd build together, and where karaoke and vinyl are as central to the shift as the bar itself.

You’ll craft and serve a focused list of Japanese bar-culture-inspired cocktails, keep the bar running with pace and precision through service and read the room as it shifts from early drinks to late-night dancefloor. You’ll work alongside a tight food menu built for sharing – yakitori, karaage, gyoza – so timing and teamwork with the floor matters.

We’re looking for bartenders with a genuine love of craft and hospitality, guest‑first above all else, confident behind a busy bar, brings energy without ego and wants to be part of building something from the ground up as Goros relaunches.
