• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades
