Job summary

Great Ocean Road Health is seeking a hands-on Facilities and Infrastructure Co-ordinator to manage day-to-day operations across Lorne and Apollo Bay campuses. You will lead catering, environmental services and maintenance teams, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused services that support excellent healthcare outcomes.

The role is full-time and fixed-term for approximately 12 months, commencing December 2026 and finishing late January 2028 to cover parental leave.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility, infrastructure and support services across Great Ocean Road Health sites.
• Oversee Catering, Environmental Services and Maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, accreditation and organisational requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement and promote safety, quality, accountability and customer service.
