Job summary

Major Coastal Regional Referral Hospital in Victoria seeks a full-time Consultant Anaesthetist to join a busy, consultant-led department. You will deliver high-quality anaesthesia across a diverse case mix, with broad elective and emergency exposure, and contribute to peri-operative medicine, education and service leadership.

The role supports international applicants with visa pathways and ANZCA supervision.

Qualifications

• Specialist registration with AHPRA or eligibility.
• Fellowship of ANZCA (FANZCA) or nearing completion.
• Minimum 12 months' recent experience as a Consultant Anaesthetist.

Responsibilities

• Provide anaesthesia across broad elective and emergency caseload.
• Contribute to peri-operative medicine, education, and audit.
• Engage in service leadership and teaching within a consultant-led department.
