Job summary

Kinetic Specialised Resources is seeking a Casual FIFO Coach Driver to support mining operations across Olympic Dam, Carrapateena and Prominent Hill. Earn a flat rate of $52.45 per hour with flights from Adelaide, accommodation, meals and uniforms provided.

Role involves prioritising passenger safety, delivering great service, and conducting vehicle inspections. Swing patterns include 2:1 or 2:2; travel from Adelaide at the employee's expense, with backfill supportive duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's bus/coach or heavy vehicle driving experience
• Be able to pass a pre-employment physical examination and medical history checks
• Australian Work Rights
• Current MR driving licence or above
• Current SA Driver Accreditation and AFM accreditation

Responsibilities

• Prioritise the safety of passengers, colleagues and the wider community
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a positive passenger experience
• Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report defects
• Support day-to-day operational requirements and other duties as needed

The opportunity

Join Kinetic Specialised Resources as a Casual FIFO Coach Driver supporting our mining operations across Olympic Dam, Carrapateena and Prominent Hill. Earn a competitive flat rate of $52.45 per hour, with flights from Adelaide, accommodation, meals and uniforms provided.

What you can expect:

• Flat rate of $52.45 per hour (no penalty rates apply)


• FIFO travel provided from Adelaide to site


• Accommodation, meals and uniforms supplied


• Split shifts, typically commencing at 4:00am or 4:00pm


• Casual FIFO opportunities across Olympic Dam, Carrapateena and Prominent Hill


• Swing patterns typically operate on a 2:1 or 2:2 basis, depending on operational requirements and backfill needs

Please note: Travel to and from Adelaide is at the employee's expense.

You will be involved in

The boxes you’ll tick

• Excellent customer service skills


• A currentMedium Rigid (MR) driving licence or above


• Current SA Driver Accreditation


• Ability to gain Advanced Fatigue Management (AFM) accreditation


• Be able to pass a pre- employment physical examination, medical history check, and any other required medical components


• Minimum 1 year's bus/coach or heavy vehicle driving experience


• Ability and willingness to provide support in or outside of your daily duties
