Role & Responsibilities

• up and operate CNC, TMC, and VMC machines as per production requirements
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using SolidCAM and/or Mastercam
• Interpret technical drawings and machining instructions accurately
• Conduct first-piece inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Monitor in-process components and take corrective actions as needed
• Lead and manage a team of machine operators on the shop floor
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely execution of production targets
• Optimize cutting parameters to improve efficiency and tool life
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues independently
• Coordinate with maintenance for machine upkeep and repairs
• Maintain workplace discipline, safety, and 5S standards
