Job summary

Infinite Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Turn Setter / Machinist to join our Sunshine West production team. You’ll prepare, set up, prove out and run production jobs with minimal supervision, using DMG MORI and MORI SEIKI mill-turn machines.

The role focuses on precision component manufacture, tool offsets, proper loading of programs, and constant quality across runs. Morning shift with overtime opportunities and a strong hands-on culture support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience independently setting CNC turning or mill-turn machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Proficiency with DMG MORI and MORI SEIKI machines.
• Strong focus on quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Independently setting up CNC mill-turn machines for production.
• Setting tooling, work holding, offsets and machining parameters.
• Loading, checking and safely proving CNC programs.
• Producing and inspecting first-off components.
• Troubleshooting machining and setup issues.
• Improving setups, cycle times and production efficiency.
• Following company quality and safety procedures.
