Job summary

Autex is seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators at our Yatala facility to support production of interior acoustic products. You will operate cutting machines, check quality and prepare finished goods for delivery while maintaining a clean and safe workstation.

The role emphasises reliability, teamwork and a commitment to safety. Training will be provided to ensure SOP compliance and consistent high standards in a well-equipped production environment.

Qualifications

Ability to read and understand Safe Operating Procedures and follow at all times.
Ability to complete repetitive tasks.
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production line operations.
Commitment to safety and OH&S policies and procedures.
Punctual, responsible and reliable, with ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Run assigned machine to a high standard (ART Router, WARDJet Water Cutter, Zund and other cutting machines as required).
Check quality, quantity, sizes and colour of materials.
Package finished products and prepare them for delivery.
Ensure packaging is neat, tidy and well presented to meet customer expectations.
Adhere to health and safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Complete housekeeping duties to maintain a clean workstation.
