Job summary

Acloché is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in Sunbury, OH to operate CNC milling, turning and grinding equipment to manufacture precision components meeting engineering specs.

You will load materials, read blueprints, monitor performance, and inspect parts with calipers and micrometers. Overtime and two shifts are available, and a direct hire opportunity is offered with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, and grinding machines according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Load raw materials and components into machines and properly secure fixtures and tooling.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and production runs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Make minor machine adjustments and tool offsets as needed during production.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions, excessive tool wear, and quality concerns.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Accurately document production counts, inspections, and related manufacturing data.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
