You should be skilled in reading plans and job specifications, loading materials, labeling and preparing components, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in joinery or cabinetry environments.
• Ability to read plans, cutting lists and job specifications.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate components and quality.
• Reliability and team-oriented approach in a busy factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery for cabinet and joinery production.
• Operate edgebander and other joinery machinery.
• Load and unload boards and materials.
• Read plans, cutting lists and job specifications.
• Label, sort and prepare components for assembly.
• Check measurements and finished components for accuracy and quality.
• Assist with cabinet assembly and general factory duties when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Work with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
