Qualifications

• Trade-qualified or experienced sheet metal worker/fabricator.
• Proven experience operating and/or programming CNC copper punch machines or similar.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC copper punch machines and other manufacturing equipment.
• Assist other machine operators to support production flow.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure products meet tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
• Comply with company policies, safety guidelines and quality requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
