A unique opportunity for a Store Manager to step up into a Cluster Manager across Tasmania!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple fashion retail locations and lead a dynamic team to success based out of Launceston.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture across your stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching, and developing your store teams to reach their full potential.
  • Driving sales performance and ensuring achievement of store KPIs.
  • Overseeing store operations including rosters, expense control, and shrinkage management.
  • Maintaining strong stock control processes to ensure accurate stocktakes, transfers, and merchandising standards.
  • Ensuring stores deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
  • Building strong relationships with Centre Management and representing the brand with professionalism.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and OHS standards.
