We’re on the hunt for a powerhouse Cluster Hotel Manager (Parental Leave Cover – November 2025 to June 2026) with sharp business acumen, operationally savvy, and the leadership magic to inspire and energise the team across two Adina properties in Canberra.

Step into a role where no two days are the same, overseeing Adina Serviced Apartments James Court and Adina Serviced Apartments Kingston, two centrally located properties catering to a mix of corporate, government and leisure guests who value space, convenience and self-contained comfort during their stay in the Nation’s Capital.

At Adina James Court, you’ll be at the helm of a 70-room apartment-style hotel right in the buzzing heart of Canberra. Think: spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, all within walking distance to the CBD, cafés, local bars, and the iconic Lake Burley Griffin. This property hums with city energy and is a favourite for corporate travellers and leisure guests alike.

Just a short drive away, your leadership will extend to Adina Kingston, nestled in one of Canberra’s most stylish neighbourhoods. This property features 36 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and is perfectly positioned among the cafés, fine dining spots, and vibrant markets of Kingston and Manuka.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of the hotel including all departments and team members
  • Drive maximum Net RevPAR, and work closely with the Regional Revenue Manager on setting revenue strategies
  • Property developments and improvements are planned, CAPEX documents prepared and communicated with owners and stakeholders
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting across the various departments, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare and review budgets and forecasts
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue and Marketing, to build an annual business plan and actively monitor and revise it based on hotel performance

About You:

  • Experience as a Hotel Manager, with in the hospitality industry managing a similar size property.
  • Exceptional financial acumen.
  • Experience with strata properties (desirable)
  • An inspirational leader with experience leading a team in a customer service environment
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
  • High standards of attention to detail and communication (written & verbal)
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation
