Job summary

Anytime Fitness Australia is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to help run a busy club, inspire the sales and fitness teams, and deliver an exceptional member experience every day.

You will lead daily operations, drive membership growth, coach staff, and maintain high standards of service and a safe, clean club environment. Weekend availability and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or fitness leadership or management.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• A passion for health, fitness and member experience.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and business goals.
• A proactive attitude with excellent organisation and time management.
• Flexibility to work weekends and full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support daily club operations and help lead the sales and fitness teams
• Drive membership growth through proactive sales calls, lead follow-up, exceptional customer service and membership sales
• Coach, support and motivate staff to achieve individual and club goals
• Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
• Maintain professional standards while promoting member wellbeing
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard club environment
