CyberCX, part of Accenture, Australia, seeks an Engagement Lead in Cloud Security & Solutions to guide governance, reporting, and capability development within the sub-practice. You will work with executive stakeholders to align security initiatives with business goals and drive improvements across the practice.

The role requires 7+ years of security strategy experience, cloud expertise, and proven leadership in coaching teams.

Competenze

Bachelor level tertiary qualification.
One major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI).
Project management qualifications preferred (Prince2, CAPM/PMP, PMI).
7+ years of experience developing and/or implementing security strategies, policies and frameworks.
Direct experience with cloud technologies and platforms; strong cloud security knowledge.
Direct experience leading, managing, coaching and mentoring teams.
Permanent working rights in Australia.

Mansioni

Collaborate with customers to deliver cloud security services aligned with industry standards.
Lead large-scale, complex cyber security projects with planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance and QA.
Prepare and present high-quality deliverables tailored to customer needs.
Shape strategic initiatives alongside leadership within the practice.
Establish governance structures and reporting processes to monitor strategy execution.
Identify, recommend and lead process improvements within the practice.
