Job summary

Future Group is seeking a Platform Engineer (Cloud & Security) to build and secure our cloud platform, working across infrastructure, automation, security and engineering to improve reliability, scalability and security.

The role involves hands-on cloud engineering, deployment automation, security operations and identity management, with opportunities to deepen expertise with AWS, Azure, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Has experience building and supporting cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar.
• Understanding cloud security principles and exposure to security operations.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build, automate and improve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Improve platform reliability, resilience and observability.
• Reduce manual operational work and respond to infrastructure incidents.
• Support ISO 27001 controls, audit readiness and security operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate security issues.
