Responsibilities

• Monitor platform health, performance, availability and capacity.
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Manage cloud resources including virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Support cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls; support identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID.
• Monitor vulnerabilities, security alerts, and compliance requirements; participate in audits and remediation activities.
