Bupa Australia is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join the Next Gen Voice Platform team, shaping the future of our Contact Centre on AWS Connect. You will design, implement, and manage cloud-based systems, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with leaders to ensure high-quality, reliable services for our customers.
You will bring 7+ years in cloud software engineering, strong IaC and CI/CD experience, and a focus on security in DevOps to support scalable, compliant delivery.

You'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing cutting‑edge cloud‑based systems that drive strategic outcomes and deliver exceptional services to Bupa’s customers. Collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to ensure high‑quality, efficient service delivery and maintain the integrity of vital Bupa systems. This critical 24/7 platform requires a dynamic engineer who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to participate in an on‑call rotation to guarantee continuous availability and swift issue resolution.
