Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) BaND team seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead prototype engagements from discovery through deployment of new technology in AWS data centers across APAC. You will define deployment plans, coordinate with partner teams, and ensure timely, scalable production readiness while aligning with senior leadership on milestones.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in technical infrastructure management, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a track record of delivering complex programs

Qualifications

3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure.
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
Writes clear and detailed functional specifications.
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

Write effective project charters based on business requirements for medium to large scale projects.
Define requirements and processes with stakeholders across teams.
Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and negotiate trade-offs.
Provide regular program progress reporting.
Own end-to-end execution and success of the program.
Manage multiple competing projects concurrently.
Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements and automated solutions.
Keep the customer experience as the primary focus.
