Job summary

Medline is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join the APAC Infrastructure team in Marsden Park, NSW, Australia. You will support, maintain and improve Medline's Azure cloud environment across the APAC region, balancing operations with project delivery.

The role combines Level 3 incident management with hands‑on engineering and IaC deployments using Terraform, enhancing security, monitoring and resilience across regional cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud environments in production.
• Experience administering, troubleshooting and maintaining Azure infrastructure and services.
• Exposure to Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools, with interest to develop further.

You've spent the last few years building your Azure cloud engineering experience. You're comfortable supporting production environments, troubleshooting complex issues and keeping critical infrastructure running.

Medline is looking for a Cloud Engineer to join its APAC Infrastructure team in Marsden Park, supporting its established Azure environment while contributing to regional cloud projects and ongoing platform improvements.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Infrastructure Manager – APAC, you'll support, maintain and continually improve Medline's Azure cloud environment across the region.

The role combines Level 3 operational support with hands-on engineering and project delivery, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of technical challenges while continuing to broaden your experience.

You'll contribute across:

• Microsoft Azure cloud operations, administration and troubleshooting
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code deployments
• Level 3 incident and problem management
• Cloud monitoring, optimisation and security remediation
• Disaster recovery and operational resilience
• Regional cloud infrastructure projects and global technology initiatives

You'll work within a collaborative infrastructure team where you're encouraged to solve problems, contribute ideas and take ownership of delivering practical technical outcomes.

• Strong Level 3 troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across cloud and infrastructure environments
• An understanding of cloud monitoring, security, networking and operational resilience
• Experience contributing to cloud infrastructure improvements, deployments or technical projects
• Confidence working independently while collaborating with broader infrastructure and technology teams
