Job summary

TechForce Services is seeking a Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design and manage robust CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will lead cross‑functional teams to improve delivery velocity, reliability, and security while implementing Infrastructure‑as‑Code and observability practices.

Responsibilities include building scalable cloud architectures, enforcing deployment standards, and mentoring teams on DevOps best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in DevOps engineering, cloud engineering, or CI/CD automation roles.
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and lead technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and cloud governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑team collaboration between software development, operations, security, and infrastructure groups to streamline workflows.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software releases.
• Develop and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions with scalability, security, and high availability.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code practices to standardise provisioning.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using observability tools.
• Drive integration of tools, platforms, and processes across IT teams to reduce friction.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to align automation and cloud strategies.
• Establish and enforce best practices for version control and deployment standards.
• Support incident response and root-cause analysis for deployments and infrastructure.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
