About the role:
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Drive business performance through strategic planning, team coaching, and daily goal setting
  • Provide expert skincare and makeup consultations aligned with Clinique’s dermatologist-developed philosophy
  • Build strong client relationships through personalised service and effective clienteling
  • Ensure the counter is visually merchandised, fully stocked, and maintained to Clinique brand standards
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering processes with accuracy
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and service excellence
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and contribute to business reviews
  • Collaborate with store management and Clinique field teams to implement promotional strategies and brand initiatives
  • Uphold Clinique’s values of care, inclusivity, and science-led beauty, ensuring every customer leaves with a confident experience
