Job summary

Med-X Healthcare Solutions, part of the Freightways Group, is seeking a Service Technician to join a dynamic team delivering essential healthcare waste and hygiene services in Sydney. You will drive an MR truck, collect waste, and support clients with reliable service.

Qualifications

• MR truck license with clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect clinical waste bins and hygiene products across Sydney metro.
• Operate MR truck safely, loading/unloading at customer sites.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete service paperwork and record load weights accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service while working autonomously.
• Ensure compliance with Med-X WHS policies and procedures.
