Job summary

Nucleus Network is seeking an Associate Clinical Project Manager to support planning, coordination and successful delivery of clinical research studies from offices in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. You will work closely with sponsors, investigators and internal teams to manage timelines and recruitment progress while ensuring high quality, compliant trial delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical research, clinical trials or regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating clinical research projects or studies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations and ethics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical research systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and delivery of clinical research studies.
• Serve as a primary contact for Sponsors and CROs.
• Develop and track study timelines, milestones and recruitment progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure study success.
• Monitor study budgets, risks and project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocols, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, inspections, quality activities and CAPA management.
• Prepare study documentation, reports and sponsor communications.
