UniSC Clinical Trials Centre at UniSC Sippy Downs/Brisbane sites is hiring a Contracts Administrator to support review, negotiation and finalisation of clinical trial agreements. You will coordinate approvals, perform due diligence, and maintain contract templates while working with internal teams and external partners.
You will possess a degree or diploma with relevant experience, strong ICH GCP knowledge, and excellent written communication.
UniSC Clinical Trials builds the region’s collective clinical research capacity and delivers innovative and regionally relevant research in collaboration with healthcare professionals, industry partners and research stakeholders. The Clinical Trials Contracts Administrator contributes to this mission by providing administrative and governance support for the review, negotiation and finalisation of contracts and agreements that underpin high-quality clinical research across UniSC’s clinical trials network.

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong written communication skills and an interest in supporting clinical research. You are comfortable managing complex documentation, coordinating approval workflows and working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
You bring sound judgement, strong digital literacy and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively and can contribute to efficient, compliant and well-managed contractual processes within a busy clinical trials environment.
