Job summary

St Vincent’s Centre for Applied Medical Research (AMR) in Sydney is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to deliver high‑quality patient care within the trial environment. You will coordinate visits, screen eligibility, support enrolment, manage study documentation and data.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in clinical research or RN with AHPRA registration, experience with data management and HREC/RGO processes, and the ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Hold or working towards relevant tertiary qualifications in clinical research and clinical trials or equivalent experience.
  • Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience with secure data management and reporting in clinical trials.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care within the clinical trial environment.
  • Coordinate patient study visits, schedules, enrolment tracking and blood sample handling.
  • Maintain accurate trial documentation and respond to data queries.
  • Communicate with patients, healthcare teams and external partners while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Participate in quality improvement and training activities.
