Job summary

Regis Aged Care in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate clinical care across the home, directly supporting residents and the Clinical Care Manager. You’ll own care planning, document clinical needs and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will monitor health, manage risks, respond to complex care needs and contribute to governance and continuous improvement through audits and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Leadership experience in clinical care settings.
• Experience in clinical governance, risk management and incident investigation.
• Strong focus on person-centred care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to coach and support staff to build capability and performance.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Lead and coordinate clinical care alongside the Clinical Care Manager to ensure residents receive safe, high‑quality, person‑centred support. You’ll take ownership of care planning, ensuring clinical needs are accurately assessed, documented and delivered in line with Aged Care Quality Standards. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll drive strong clinical outcomes through effective collaboration and communication. You’ll play a key role in monitoring resident health, managing clinical risks and responding to complex care needs, including wound care and changes in condition. You’ll also contribute to clinical governance and continuous improvement through incident management, audits and quality initiatives, while supporting the team to build capability and maintain best practice standards across the Home.

What You’ll Bring
