Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality clinical care, lead and support care teams, and ensure safe, person-centred practice for residents.
• Use clinical expertise to assess, plan, and deliver care while fostering a warm, respectful environment.
• Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives within the care team.
• Support documentation accuracy and timely communication with families and healthcare colleagues.
