Regis Aged Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical care in one of our aged care homes. You will work with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure residents receive high‑quality, person‑centred support, with accurate care planning and documentation aligned to Aged Care Quality Standards.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will monitor health, manage risks, and respond to complex needs, including wound care and changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate clinical care with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure safe, high quality, person-centred support.
• Own care planning including accurate assessment, documentation and delivery in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Drive clinical outcomes through collaboration, monitoring resident health, and managing risks including wound care and changes in condition.
• Support governance initiatives, incident management, audits and quality improvements across the Home.

About The Role

Lead and coordinate clinical care alongside the Clinical Care Manager to ensure residents receive safe, high ‑ quality, person ‑ centred support. You’ll take ownership of care planning, ensuring clinical needs are accurately assessed, documented and delivered in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll drive strong clinical outcomes through effective collaboration and communication. You’ll play a key role in monitoring resident health, managing clinical risks and responding to complex care needs, including wound care and changes in condition.

You’ll also contribute to clinical governance and continuous improvement through incident management, audits and quality initiatives, while supporting the team to build capability and maintain best practice standards across the Home.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration


• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse


• Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical care settings


• Experience in clinical governance, risk management and incident investigation


• Strong focus on person ‑ centred care and multidisciplinary collaboration


• Ability to coach and support staff to build capability and performance


• Strong communication, organisation and problem ‑ solving skills
