Job summary

Benalla Health in Victoria is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Education Team on a fixed-term contract to support Residential Aged Care (Morrie Evans Wing). The Aged Care Clinical Support Nurse will coordinate and deliver education, coaching and practice development activities to translate evidence-based aged care practice into daily resident care.

The Performance Improvement Team are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join the Education Team on a temporary contract to support our Residential Aged Care facility.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This fixed-term position is funded through a workforce capability grant and is responsible for strengthening the knowledge, skills, confidence and practice of staff working within Residential Aged Care Services (Morrie Evans Wing).

The Aged Care Clinical Support Nurse will , coordinate and deliver education, coaching, mentoring and practice development activities that support the translation of evidence-based aged care practice into everyday resident care.

Key Selection Criteria

Demonstrated experience in residential aged care nursing practice.
