Job summary

Health & Management Pty (in partnership with IHM) seeks a Clinical Simulation Officer to orchestrate immersive simulations that sharpen clinical skills, boost confidence, and bridge theory with practice. You will coordinate labs, manage equipment, and guide students through realistic scenarios to ensure high standards of patient safety.

The role emphasizes regulatory awareness (ANMAC/NMBA/AQF) and collaboration with course teams, with opportunities for professional development and flexible

Qualifications

• AQF Level 5 or higher in Health/Medicine.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lab timetables with Course Coordinators and communicate with students.
• Maintain accurate lab documentation including attendance and inventory.
• Ensure lab readiness and hygiene for simulation/practical labs.
• Manage lab procurement and supplier relationships within budget.
• Align simulation activities with curriculum requirements and reduce stock wastage by 10%.
