Job summary

Cabrini Health in Malvern, Victoria, invites applications for an Assistant Director of Clinical Education. This senior role reports to the Director of Clinical Education and leads the daily delivery of our clinical education programs and simulation centre.

You will deputise for the Director, align education strategy with operational execution, and collaborate with nursing, allied health and clinical services to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in clinical education (or working toward).
• Registered nurse with clinical experience and leadership ability.
• Senior education leadership experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of Cabrini’s clinical education programs and simulation centre.
• Manage the education calendar and coordinate programs and simulation activity.
• Steward resources and strengthen relationships with clinical services and education partners.
• Support accreditation readiness and be the deputy to the Director of Clinical Education.
