Overview

Lives Lived Well offers a variety of community and residential Alcohol and Other Drug programs throughout Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia, helping thousands of people every year to navigate AOD-related challenges and move forward in life.

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to oversee our Gold Coast Programs, including the Residential Facility (Mirikai), Families Programs, Youth Programs and our Specialist Centre.

Role and responsibilities
  • Provide expert operational management and maximise the clinical outcomes of our Alcohol and Drug Residential and Community Programs, and Allied Health Practice.
  • Lead five direct reports; align service delivery with organisational goals; maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders; ensure sustainable program outcomes.
  • Oversee program budgets, empower the team to deliver client-centred care, and facilitate collaboration with other LLW services.
  • Provide site oversight including facilities management and safety.
What we are looking for / Qualifications
  • Several years’ experience in a Health Management role in OAD, Mental Health, Aged Care or Community sectors.
  • Strong leadership capabilities; ability to inspire, influence and drive performance across diverse teams.
  • A people-leader who leads with empathy and builds a positive culture.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills; ability to network with funders and service providers.
  • Inclusive and holistic approach to client care; cultural awareness and culturally safe practice.
  • Calm, pragmatic, resilient, and able to re-prioritise in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-management with the ability to work across varying routines; solutions-focused and collaborative decision-making.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health, Community or Human Services; current Australian Driver's Licence; ability to obtain National Police Check.
