SA Health in Victor Harbor is seeking a Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist to lead and deliver advanced OT services within the CHSP program. The role offers high autonomy across a wide network, directing clinical practice and contributing to system-wide improvements.

You will supervise and mentor OT staff, influence service planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure equitable, patient-centred care.

Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist - CHSP

• Location – Victor Harbor
• Salary: AHP3 - $112,139 - $120,284 per annum (adjusted to actual hours worked) + Super + Benefits
• Temporary, Part-time, (0.8 FTE /30 hours per week) up to 1 October 2027

This temporary senior Occupational Therapy leadership role offers a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact position shaping and delivering complex clinical and consultancy services across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. Working with a high degree of professional autonomy, you will apply advanced clinical expertise and strategic insight to support service delivery, guide practice development, and contribute to system-wide improvements. You will play a key role in advising leadership on service redesign, establishing clinical protocols, and ensuring services are responsive to community needs, with a strong focus on culturally safe, person-centred care.

In this time-limited role, you will drive workforce capability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will lead and support Occupational Therapists through supervision, education, and mentoring, while building strong partnerships across disciplines and services. With involvement in research, service evaluation, and strategic planning, you will make a meaningful contribution to the direction and performance of Occupational Therapy services, delivering lasting impact for patients, teams, and the broader network.
