We are experiencing significant growth, with increasing global partnerships and an expanding pipeline of studies we are looking to expand our medical team during 2026 & 2027 —making this a truly exciting time to join Linear and be part of our continued success.

If you’re seeking a change from the demands of the hospital or GP system, this is your opportunity to transition into a research-focused role that offers:

  • A genuine work/life balance with predictable hours
  • Part-time and Full-time positions available
  • A collaborative, supportive, and positive workplace culture

Your Role in Our Future

Whether you're looking to pivot your career, reduce burnout, or explore a new professional pathway, Linear provides the environment and support to help you succeed.

Clinical trial experience is welcome but not essential—this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive research environment while contributing to the advancement of innovative clinical studies.

Some of your duties in this role will include;

  • Collaborating with the recruitment and screening teams to identify and screen appropriate participants for specific trials who meet all inclusion criteria.
  • Ensuring study preparation is completed and study specific training is undertaken prior to the commencement of a trial.
  • Conducting medical assessments and clinical observations ensuring participant safety and well-being at all times during clinical trial activity.
  • Maintaining appropriate knowledge of study protocols and awareness of progress across all studies.
  • Working with Senior RP’s and Medical Directors in the management and recording of adverse events in line with study protocols and Good Clinical Practise requirements.

Who we are looking for

  • Medical practitioners with current AHPRA registration and do not require supervision
  • Physicians currently working in hospital or clinical settings who are open to a career transition
  • Individuals seeking a more balanced, lifestyle-oriented role without compromising on clinical impact
  • Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team
