Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in clinical research administration or related field.
• Experience establishing or improving operational processes in healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of the clinical research lifecycle, ethics, governance and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across diverse teams.
• Organisational and project coordination skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Operations in delivering the Heart Lung Clinical Research Program.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support research outcomes.
• Monitor operational performance and implement initiatives to improve program effectiveness.
• Lead delivery of research infrastructure projects, data management systems and processes.
• Provide guidance on grant applications, budgets and compliance; contribute to strategies and policies.
