• Bachelor's degree in health care or life-science required or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of ICH-GCP and Australian clinical research rules.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a full-time training program covering all aspects of clinical trial monitoring.
• Learn and apply ICH-GCP guidelines and Australian regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site monitoring visits under supervision (initiation, monitoring, close-out).
• Assist in tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment and data completion.
